Our Exceptional Past Performance Includes The Following Examples

SPAWAR 2.0, Acquisition Contracts Directorate
We engineered the full automation of the acquisition business process within a suite of systems known as the Acquisition Contract E-Commerce (ACE-C). This SOA based architecture achieved full integration with various procurement systems including Standard Procurement System (SPS), and Procurement Defense Desktop (PD2).

SPAWAR Command Information Officer (CIO)
We managed Commands IT system registration, IT budget preparation and tracking, IT policy development and implementation, Application Integration, VTC services, the inventory and reconciliation of all Enterprise IT assets, and the entire enterprise technical refresh of the Commands IT systems.

Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) PD2/SPS
We provided Continuity Of Operations Planning (COOP), data center implementation assistance, system interface integration, functional, training and technical Help Desk services. We supported NAVSEA with the operational changes associated with new business processes and system administration functions within the PD2 software and provide End User Training throughout the user-community.

Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), National Media Exploitation Center
VPSI provided enterprise systems architecture, security engineering, policy development, and integration engineering to achieve a smooth transition from disparate resources and capabilities of Tactical Remote Exploitation (TREX) and Tactical Storage Area Network (TACSAN) into the consolidated and robust enterprise architecture- National Exploitation System (NEXSYS)- via a Remote Exploitation Solution (NRES).

SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific (SSC PAC) Data Center Operations
We supported the development, integration, deployment, maintenance, and operation of the SSC Pacific Data Center Hosting Environment for over ten years. We were responsible for over the daily operation of 130 laboratories supporting both the end users, and the business applications—in both the SSC PAC Classified (Secure Wide Area Network (SWAN)) and Unclassified environments. We were tasked with aiding in the provisioning of network services and operations, virtualized hosting support, network administration, database administration, Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP), configuration management, performing network and system security, and updating technical Documentation.

Department of Education (DoEd) Enterprise Security Solutions
We worked to establish a unified approach for the life cycle management of an Enterprise Security Solution (ESS) that aligns the Department’s Enterprise Architecture and Life Cycle Management (LCM) processes, the Department’s Enterprise Security Architecture (ESA) and incorporates best practices for agile capability development.

SSC PAC, Integrated Test Facility Support Services (ITF)
Our ITF support services include supporting Early Adaptors (EA) testing of the latest and most advanced software and hardware solutions being evaluated for deployment to the Fleet. Our EA testing responsibilities included testing, analyzing system performance and stability, IA compliance, and making recommendations to the developer to ensure compliance and capabilities.

Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), DISN Global Services (DGS)
We provide the 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC) services necessary to manage and maintain the GIG. We performed Computer Network Operations & Computer Network Defense (CNO/CND) monitoring and management of DGS network devices including firewalls, Host based security systems (HBSS) and VPN connections within established performance metrics.

SPAWAR PEO Space Systems, PMW 146
VPSI provided PMW 146 with systems engineering, functional reviews, risk and requirements engineering analyses, preliminary design assessments, and critical design reviews for the development of the GIG/Teleport interface, and DISN transport interfaces for the MUOS Ground Transport and Infrastructure systems. VPSI participated in the Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) phase that provided insight into the viability of alternative approaches to the current UHF system and architecture/network management solution. VPSI also supported site selection, site surveys, and site engineering for MUOS ground site terminals located world-wide.
