VPSI'S Quality Assurance Program VPSI believes that delivering quality assurance and maintaining quality control is a continuous process. Under the direction of key management personnel, the corporate function of technology adoption and the application of the Quality Control Process for continuous improvement are implemented through quality councils, process improvement, employee training, and quality tools. VPSI’s Quality Control Process, consist of a set of proven quality management practices, applied throughout a project’s life cycle which is the key to any successful program. These practices are derived from our historical project experience and are based on Total Quality Management principles, the Software Engineering Institute’s (SEI) Capability Maturity Model (CMM), and ISO 9001 specifications. Our overall approach is built around providing the best overall value to customers by implementing clearly defined management practices that are the direct result of these experiences and principles. VPSI team members are accustomed to customer-oriented policies and strive to exceed the customers’ expectations through excellence in service, value, commitment, and continuous improvement. To foster this traditional approach, our quality program consists of eight (8) key elements: - A participative management body that fully supports the Quality Control Process.

The ultimate goal of the quality control process is to ensure compliance with approved policies, processes, and procedures; evaluate the efficiency of project-specific processes and procedures; identify report and track deviations and deficiencies, follow them to closure; and implement measures to improve process quality. The objective of quality control process is to ensure that our process, tracking, feedback and control are the cornerstone of all quality processes for the products and services that we provide to our customers. Focusing on customer satisfaction and emphasizing continuous improvement in its daily operations shows that VPSI is proud and committed to providing the best possible quality support to our customers.
