Beginning in 1997, VPSI was started with a single vision:  To be fully dedicated and committed to the tasks at hand, and to constantly and diligently do our job responsibly so that the clients we support can accomplish their mission efficiently and effectively. This cultural paradigm has been the motivating catalyst over the years which have compelled VPSI to meet 100% of our deliverables on time and within budget. No exceptions, no excuses- just the delivery of the highest quality services and solutions supported by a team of highly motivated, highly skilled and very dedicated professionals, every time. At VPSI, Support is found in many shapes and forms such as Resources, Tools and Training. Equipping our employees with Support is the responsibility of our corporate staff- if our employees are to be Accountable to meet Expectations, then our corporate staff is equally Accountable to ensure that the tools, training and resources required are provided. Our commitment to providing Support has resulted in numerous company and employee certifications such as our Software Engineering Institute-Capability Maturity Model Integration (SEI-CMMI) Maturity Level 3 (ML3). We are also currently pursuing our International Organization for Standardization 9001:2008 certification. In addition to these industry standards, corporate accreditations, VPSI employees maintain comprehensive personal certifications such as ITIL (to the Manager Level), PgMP and PMP for effective program and project management and Lean Six Sigma (to the Master Black Belt Level) for process and project efficiency. In addition to these certifications, VPSI employees hold over 35 different technical certifications ranging from Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Sybase Certified Professional, Sun Certified System Administrator (SCSA) to Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) and CompTia Security+.

This holistic approach to Customer Advocacy ensures that not only the services we provide are in accordance with the highest customer focused quality, but also works closely with client stakeholders to ensure that program efforts and solutions are implemented to the require­ments of our clients.  Our Customer Advocacy Program is designed to supplement our commitment of exceeding our customers’ expectations.



Maintaining our vision of personal responsibility, VPSI also encourages active participation in the communities we live. VPSI maintains a leadership by example approach to community involvement. Our involvement includes the participation and contribution to several organizations and events.
