VPSI Awarded Information Technology Management Support Contract

The Command Information Office Directorate (CIO), Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWARSYSCOM) award VPSI today with this Program Management Support contract to provide the technical and change management expertise to support the CIO mission of efficient and effective CIO operations, compliant technology acquisitions, business transformation, competency alignment and strategic business planning.

The mission of the SPAWARSYSCOM CIO is to provide advice and policy assistance to the Commander, SPAWARSYSCOM, the Program Executive Office (C4I, SPACE and EIS) executives and managers across the SPAWAR enterprise on Information Management and Information Technologies (IM/IT). "VPSI is proud of our ability to leverage our intimate understanding of the SPAWAR enterprise and it's goals and initiatives, DoD and DoN mandates with our own CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) and Lean Six Sigma capabilities to provide the CIO with the industry support it requires to meet emergent requirements and growth" said VPSI CEO, Mr. Vinh Vo. "In addition to supporting SPAWAR since 1997, VPSI has in depth NMCI (Navy Marine Corps Intranet) engineering, technical and program support experience giving us a broad base of technical expertise to support the CIO mission of effective and efficient management of NMCI services."
