VPSI Continues to Support the Embarkable Mission of the War-Fighter

The Networks, Information Assurance and Enterprise Services Program Office (PMW160) of the Program Executive Office (PEO) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence (C4I) and Space awarded VPSI today with a follow on Task Order supporting the network infrastructure and basic network information distribution services in support of force wide tactical information and combat support systems for the Fleet. Since 2003 VPSI has provided engineering and program support services to Embarkable Systems Integration Team (ESIT), NMCI/SPAWAR 055, EDS, TYCOM's, HQMC C4, MCNOSC, PMW 750, LMCO and related support personnel on programmatic and technical Embarkable issues. "We're proud to continue providing engineering, integration and security solutions to the fleet" Said VPSI CEO Mr. Vinh Vo "VPSI's extensive experience and expertise has enabled us to successfully guide the development of embarkable solutions supporting the fleet and the war-fighter. We are committed to providing the highest quality services and solutions that our clients have come to expect." VPSI is responsible for coordinating and facilitating intra service and inter Navy policies, and guides development and implementation supporting the Navy and Marine Corps with reliable, high-speed Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) software and hardware for the SECRET and UNCLASSIFIED Local Area Network (LANs). VPSI programmatic services are responsible for providing the network infrastructure, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Basic Network Information Distribution Services (BNIDS) and access to the DISN Wide Area Network (WAN) (Secure and Non-secure Internet Protocol Router Network SIPRNET and NIPRNET) services enabling real-time information exchange within the ship and between afloat units, Component Commanders, and Fleet Commanders and is a key factor in the implementation of the Navy's portion of Joint Vision 2020.
