VPSI Awarded Task Order to Support the Maritime Domain Awareness Program at SPAWAR Systems Centers
VPSI was awarded a task order to provide Program Management services to the Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) Program at SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic and SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific. The MDA Program is the accelerated development, configuration and integration of prototype system capabilities, which addresses deficiencies identified in the National Strategy for Maritime Security and the Fleet Concept for Maritime Domain Awareness. VPSI efforts include the support of the accelerated delivery of C4I Surveillance and Reconnaissance systems and sensor data, allowing enhanced maritime domain awareness to ensure Naval C4I operational capabilities. “This contract enables VPSI to provide programmatic support to the customer and to provide leading edge technology to the Warfighter,” says Paul Ilg, VADM USN (ret), VPSI President.
