Requirements:
|
- Provide PD² product consulting services and expertise to answer users’ functional and technical questions related to the use of the PD² product and processes. The service must be provided in a manner consistent with SPS implementation plans and procedures.
- Provide assistance with issues considered “out-of-scope” for the Navy’s SPS Technical Helpdesk/SYSADMIN Support.
- Act as the central repository for SPS integration usage issues, both technical and functional and shall work closely with: the SPS Data/Network Center, other system support contractors, and or other designated hosting facilities as required.
- Installs and upgrades PD² components including database, adapter and ASF.
- PD² Integration and Interface with external systems to include EDA, WAWF, FPDG-NG, etc.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and resolve data flow problems, to include supported and unsupported components between SeaPort-e and Navy-ERP.

Skills:
|
Required:
- Demonstrated direct use of SPS webMethods integrations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of webMethods 7.1.2 to include My webMethods Server 7.1.
- Ability to work with customers through effective written and oral communication.
- Active SECRET level DoD clearance and/or the ability to secure/maintain a Secret level clearance.
Desired:
- Knowledge of Navy-ERP Purchase Request and Complex Contract Writing capability.
- SQL and Sybase DBA experience.
- Navy SPS experience.
- Navy-ERP technical knowledge.
- SeaPort-e technical knowledge.

Education:
|
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience strongly preferred, but not required.
|
