  • Engineering support for SATCOM programs: LEASAT, UFO and  MUOS (ACAT I program)
  • Algorithm and prototype development of JTIDS Deconfliction System Spatial (JDS-S), SATCOM systems
  • Software engineering, research, development and design for JTIDS Network Design Library in support of Tactical Data Links Program and JTIDS Network Design Aid (JDNA)
  • Developed and conducted Test and Evaluation (T&E) procedures for C4ISR systems and facilities including  Common PC Operating System Environment (COMPOSE), Land Based Test Network (LBTN) and Integrated Test Facility (ITF)
  • UHF SATCOM recovery operations provided operational force multiplication to the war-fighter
  • Managed all Combat System and C4I installation for over 60 Pacific Fleet ships including metrics and trend analysis for RM&A of installed systems
  • Engineering analysis for Integrated Shipboard Network System (ISNS), Automated Digital Network System (ADNS), SubLAN, CENTRIXS and SCI Networks
  • Maintenance of Electronic Warfare (E/W) systems including repair, calibration and inventory management
  • Used LSS and CMMI processes to improve Navy Change Request (NCR) reducing months of backlogged requests to average processing time of 10 days
