Supporting Joint and Acquisition Category I Warfare System programs: VPSI Engineers and Acquisition Professional have supported our customers through all aspects of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution Processes, in direct support of the acquisition of major defense systems.
VPSI’s professionals have taken ACAT 1 systems from the Material Solution Analysis Phase to Operational Test and Evaluation. We support the development of innovative solutions of integrated C2 and C5ISR systems, IT, and Satellite Communications (SATCOM) Services.
VPSI Engineers and logisticians support our customers to design and field systems that are buildable and sustainable. We are involved in all phases of the acquisition life-cycle from Program approval, Systems Engineering, Systems Implementation/Installation, Test and Evaluation (T&E) and Sustainment.
VPSI’s approaches Program Management through the application of our CMMI processes and the use of our standardized Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM). The use of our RTM tool ensures activities are aligned to customer objectives ,time constraints, definitions of scope and size, and end product deliverables.
