Job DescriptionThe individual will provide support to the Department of the Navy (DON), Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Atlantic (SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic) Maintenance Figure of Merit (MFOM) by assisting the government functional lead to ensure IA requirements are planned into MFOM applications. The contractor shall support the government lead with performance of risk analysis, Certification and Accreditation (C&A) Plan, DOD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) packages, and development of mitigation strategies to address IA vulnerabilities in MFOM applications.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge in the following areas:
Implementation of technologies and strategies that improve the inherit security of the information infrastructureIA/Information Security concepts, requirements, and architectureIn-depth experience with DISA scanning tools (ACAS, Retina, SCAP, etc.)System/network vulnerability analysisRisk assessment and mitigation analysisCertification and Accreditation (C&A) planningProficient with the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS)
Required Skills10+ years of IA and Information Security technical experience providing technical analysis for IA support and integrationExperience in IA/C&A analysis support in IA controls analysis, conducting risk assessments, risk mitigation analysis and developing contingency plans.Experience in developing C&A Plans and DIACAP Packages in eMASS.Participated in the Navy’s Collaboration calls either as Validator or ISSE.
